Q:How many bundles hair do I need?
Usually, 3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20’’, 4-5 bundles will be recommended.
Q:Can the hair be colored or restyle?
Our hair are 100% virgin human hair can be dyed, bleached and recurled. But pls dont do that frequently,as it may harm the hair or even destroy it.
Q:Why Hair have dry/split ends sometime?
Dry Ends
Hair after high temperature steam processed will be a little dry. Please follow our hair care instruction, we have recommend shampoo & conditioner. Those Brand proof to be work well on our hair and do great moisture treatment!
Split Ends
As we all know for virgin hair grow from human scalp, the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. Our sourcing department will pick out the badly damaged ends raw hair, but few splits ends CAN’T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18”
Q:Why the hair is shedding or tangle a little?
A few shedding is normal.We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & CUTTING AREA. Don’t cut the weft only if u feel it’s necessary. Our hair is cuticle intact donator’s hair, usually not tangle. But dryness will lead to tangle and shedding, please follow our hair care instruction and use our recommended shampoo & conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week! Sulfate/alcohol involved products will leads to dry and frizzy, please notice that in advance!
Q:Why your hair is more expensive than other vendors?
When we talking about VIRGIN HAIR, means we use donator hair (hair are cut/purchased from donator directly instead of collecting from floor), with some clean work and high temperature steam process to make different textures. We never wash the hair in acid bath for making it soft, No any chemical process with. So the hair with cuticle aligned in same direction from top to end. Our hair proves to be reusable more than one year with proper care.

Received the hair promptly there was no funny smell. Packaged in individual plastic slips. Curls were beautiful and frontal nice and full after a co wash and letting hair air dry the curl pattern didn’t return went from a body wave to a loose wave. One or two strands shredded during my washing process overall generally quite pleased with the quality of the hair.
