Q: Is the hair human hair?
A:All the hair is 100% unprocessed human hair with full cuticles aligned and there’s No Acid Processed.
Q:What color is the hair?
A: Because these bundles are genuine virgin human hair, their colors may vary. Typically bundles are in #1B color but we have lighter and darker ones. Just leave us a note in the comment section if you need a specific shade other than #1B (dark brown – close to black) and we will try to accommodate your preference.
Q: Are the hair bundles full and thick?
A: Each bundle is about 95-100g (around 3.5oz) and the hair ratio is natural, it’s full and thick but not double drawn like every string is the same length.
Q:Can the hair be colored or bleached?
A: Yes. Easily. If you intend to bleach your bundles, please leave a message in the additional comment section when placing your order so we can send you the lightest bundles we have. These will be much easier to lift. When using hair bleach we recommend nothing stronger than a 20 volume developer. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized. Kindly note coloring or bleaching process will hurt natural hair so we suggest you taking the hair to professional salon if needed.
Q:Will the hair Shedding or tangle?
A:Maxglam hair bundles are wefted with intact and aligned cuticles. This prevents the hair from tangling like most other Cheap bundles do. However, please be aware that ALL human hair has the possibility to tangle if it is not maintained and you will be likely to experience LIMITED shedding – this is normal and unavoidable and would happen the same way if the hair was growing straight from your scalp. Use of a silk bonnet or wrap while sleeping and keeping the hair clean and conditioned are the best ways to ensure your investment lasts for years.
Q:Does the hair have a bad smell?
A: Promise no corn-chip chemical smell. Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We not only care about beauty but also our customer’s health! But we do cowash the hair in production process, so it may have a little shampoo smell.

This is really good hair. Very soft and light weight and doesn’t tangle or shed. Please note that the hair is more like crimped straight hair, almost like if you braided straight hair then took it out. If you have straightened 4c hair it will be really difficult to blend. And I have to put baby powder in it to make it less shiny. That said I’m making it work with a lot of product, and you will end up having to put heat on your hair more often than you’d like to make it blend. Best way around it is the buy a closure. I got a 16 and an 18.

First of all let me commend this company on their customer service it is A+… the length I wanted was sold out and I voiced my concerns and Joyce tried her very best to get it to me on time and she did! For starters shipping was very fast I ordered I believe on the 9th or 10th and received it today the 12th. That’s a big plus. On to the hair itself…. I ordered as you see in the pic a 8”, 12”, and 14”. The problem I have is that my 8” is not a 8” but almost a 15”….my 12” is about a 14” and it also looks like it has a slight blunt cut….and my 14” is like a 16”. Now most might not see anything wrong with the sequence of inches but i ordered what I ordered for a reason and didn’t want to have to cut anything so that’s a little annoying, but my 8” is the thickest and feels more corse than the other two bundles. Their is slight processed smell but not bad dnd I’m sure it’ll come out when I co-wash the hair. Other than those little concerns I look forward to installing which won’t be for a fe more weeks but after installing and managing the hair I’ll up load more pics with a second review.
