First, the shipping was pretty quick it said 5-8 days but the hair came in about 6 days. This hair is soo good. We have been through the struggle but we finally got to a color we liked. I bleached it and it came out a brownish orangish (my fault) then I put a box dye on it (not a good idea) it came out a bright orange color which was not going in my head and finally I decided to used intense red by adore to get this red because I didn’t want to further damage the hair. It doesn’t shed much and it’s already shiny and silky so you shouldn’t but a lot of products in it. You can always go back to straight. Bundles are really full!

Hair feels good but I will have to wear it out a little to see if its great or not. Had a tad bit of a factory smell to it. Nothing too strong. I am extremely satisfied with the shipping and delivery process because of the constant updates which made me less anxious and more excited to receive the hair. My first time ordering from this company was last year in August, I got 3 bundles of the Brazillian Bodywave and the middle part closure. This time I got this Malaysian straight free part closure and 3 Malaysian straight bundles. The closure I got this time is 14 inches while the bundles are 16,18 and 20 inches. From my initial opening of the packages, there is a slight smell to the hair– it’s not that bad. Honestly, it is also really silky and tangle-free.
