I’ve been ordering from halo lady for two years now, they do have great quality bundles. I will say their frontal game has changed, they sale pre plucked frontals now. Was disappointed when I receive my frontal and it was thin, still nice but not full how I like it. I can pluck my own frontal .

The customer service is incomparable to others. I was literally responded to in less than 5 minutes in email. I ordered on Monday and received the hair on Friday the same week which is really fast for China to US (usually 3-4 weeks). Also the vendor included hair rollers, and a couple hair accessories which was a nice gesture. The hair is very soft and quality is as expected.
