Q:How many bundles hair do I need?
Usually, 3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20’’, 4-5 bundles will be recommended.
Q:Can the hair be colored or restyle?
Our hair are 100% virgin human hair can be dyed, bleached and recurled. But pls dont do that frequently,as it may harm the hair or even destroy it.
Q:Why Hair have dry/split ends sometime?
Dry Ends
Hair after high temperature steam processed will be a little dry. Please follow our hair care instruction, we have recommend shampoo & conditioner. Those Brand proof to be work well on our hair and do great moisture treatment!
Split Ends
As we all know for virgin hair grow from human scalp, the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. Our sourcing department will pick out the badly damaged ends raw hair, but few splits ends CAN’T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18” .
Q:Why the hair is shedding or tangle a little?
A few shedding is normal.We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & CUTTING AREA. Don’t cut the weft only if u feel it’s necessary. Our hair is cuticle intact donator’s hair, usually not tangle. But dryness will lead to tangle and shedding, please follow our hair care instruction and use our recommended shampoo & conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week! Sulfate/alcohol involved products will leads to dry and frizzy, please notice that in advance!
Q:Why your hair is more expensive than other vendors?
When we talking about VIRGIN HAIR, means we use donator hair (hair are cut/purchased from donator directly instead of collecting from floor), with some clean work and high temperature steam process to make different textures. We never wash the hair in acid bath for making it soft, No any chemical process with. So the hair with cuticle aligned in same direction from top to end. Our hair proves to be reusable more than one year with proper care.

Love the closure and the seller made sure I received the correct closure. I specified I wanted thick and curly texture and that’s exactly what I got. I ordered 2 previous times and the second time I was disappointed with the curly pattern which was wavy instead of curly like the first time. I am still using the the first 1 I got in may and I have dyed and have it sew in on for 2 installs. I wanted to have a back up and alternate for my sewins and this one is perfection. thank you so much hope all my future orders are the same.
