First off let me say I was very nervous to order this wig but I’m glad I did. It’s beautiful. I ordered the 16″ but it looked more like 18 or 20. I bleached it and colored it and it took very well. It stayed soft. I did however get some split ends after which created tangles. I experienced minimal shedding. I didn’t have to pluck the hairline it looked amazing when i got it. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I cut the bad ends off and haven’t had anymore problems. Buy buy buy!
