I ordered 3 bundles of 20 in a natural color. My order came within 3 days. When I received it, it had a slight smell to it so I had to wash the hair. I decided to bleach it and once I did the curls definitely fell a lot. It did shed a lot when it was bleached but other than that it was still soft and it more of a wavy texture. Hair came as package except I took the netting off. Hair is extremely soft. Bought just one bundle to see if I would like it and I will definitely be buying more in the next few weeks. Glad I came across this brand browsing through YouTube. Communication is awesome and they let me know around what day my package would be delivered.
