Q1:How many pieces for one head?
A:Normally, it is enough to buy 3 or 4 bundles for a full head.if you want to buy the hair over 18inch, you need buy another bundle, because the length is longer, the hair is thinner. Here is my suggestion:10-18inch,3 bundles. 18-30inch,4 bundles.
Q2:Can the hair be curled?straighten?And dyed?
A:Treat the hair as if it were your own hair. Our hair can be curled,dyed and straighten.When curled or straighten,please use a flat iron or straightener, and never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it won’t last as long.As for dying the hair, we recommend to dye the darker color, it is difficult to coloring if the hair isn’t washed before dying.
Q3:If the package lost, what should I do?

Q4:Why the hair is shedding after receiving?
A:Some customers will complain about shedding after they running through the hair with fingers. But it’s minimum shedding,if you don’t run it gently, it will have a lot.There is shedding that will be caused of the hair weft.When you cut the hair weft with scissor, the edges of hair weft is looser than before.And if you don’t sew the weft again, it will shed a lot, we suggest you can sew it again, or use the weft sealer, put it to the edges you cut, it is good enough to prevent shedding.
Q5:What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

Hair arrived super fast; I ordered on a Friday night and hair arrived Monday evening. Bundles look small, but I read in a review that they appear smaller but are pretty full when installed; I haven’t installed mine yet(will update with pics when I do) but I’m going to order another bundle since I love big big hair. Hair is soft to the touch with no smell. Will give 4 stars until after I install hair!
