Q1:How many pieces for one head?
A:Normally, it is enough to buy 3 or 4 bundles for a full head.if you want to buy the hair over 18inch, you need buy another bundle, because the length is longer, the hair is thinner. Here is my suggestion:10-18inch,3 bundles. 18-30inch,4 bundles.
Q2:Can the hair be curled?straighten?And dyed?

Our hair can be curled,dyed and straighten.When curled or straighten,please use a flat iron or straightener, and never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it won’t last as long.As for dying the hair, we recommend to dye the darker color, it is difficult to coloring if the hair isn’t washed before dying.
Q3:If the package lost, what should I do?
A:dear customer, after you ordered, please keep your phone unlocked to make sure the DHL can contact with you. Q5:Why the hair is shedding after receiving?
A:Some customers will complain about shedding after they running through the hair with fingers. But it’s minimum shedding,if you don’t run it gently, it will have a lot.There is shedding that will be caused of the hair weft.When you cut the hair weft with scissor, the edges of hair weft is looser than before.And if you don’t sew the weft again, it will shed a lot, we suggest you can sew it again, or use the weft sealer, put it to the edges you cut, it is good enough to prevent shedding.
Q6:How long does the hair last?
A:the hair can last for a long time, it is depending on how you maintain it.Treat it as your own hair and take good care of the hair to let it last longer.
Q7:What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
Q8:How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: Human hair has natural protein, it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, human hair will smell foul when burning, the human hair will show white smoke. synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, moreover, human hair may have few gray hair and split end, it is normal and not a quality problem.

Company was very understanding advised vendor that I needed hair to be shipped to me by Friday for a hair appointment on Saturday and company was very willing to expedite shipping ordered hair on a Tuesday and was received Friday evening hair was soft and beautiful the only negative remark is that the ends were a bit dry before cowashing the hair but after conditioning the hair was very beautiful and affordable. The communication was great. Delivery was great placed my order late Saturday came Thursday by noon, the hair had a smell not a harsh smell, but a corn chip smell once I wet the hair with water and conditioner the smell went away and the curl pattern is beautiful. Made into a frontal wig 18ich frontal bundles 20,22,22 the only thing I didn’t know was that the frontal was a 13×4 which means less parting space which is ok the wig still came out perfect!!. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Bundles look small, but I read in a review that they appear smaller but are pretty full when installed; I haven’t installed mine yet(will update with pics when I do) but I’m going to order another bundle since I love big big hair.
