Not surprised with quality of the hair because i still have a wig from 3 years ago and the hair is still perfect, of course from BAISI! Frontal was already pre plucked with baby hairs and the knots were bleached as well. Not too thick, giving the very natural look. I was very pleased to see almost all the customization had been done and i don’t have to do much. Shipping was super fast too. Definitely worth what u pay for it
