Q1.Is the human hair ?
Yes ! The hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned ,no acid bath ,natural unprocessed . It is 100% real human hair ,can be dyed ,bleached , also can be curled , straightened .
Q2.Will the hair shedding or tangle ?
No ! The hair is double weft weaving can avoid shedding . And as cuticle aligned with make it not easy tangle . It could last at least 6 months , also more than one years if you take care it well .
Q3.Why the hair have some grey Hair ?
As virgin hair , we keep its original state . We will pick out the grey hair before packing , but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundles .
Q4.How many bundles enough for a head ?
Always three bundle is enough for a standard head but it should according your head size .We suggest you to add more one or two bundles if you want it very full or when you choose the longer length over 18 inch .
Q5.How often can I wash my Hair?
You Can wash your hair as often as you like. I suggest you cleanse the hair 2+ once a week with sulfate free products to keep the hair silky, nourished, soft and manageable. Avoid using tea tree and mint shampoos as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to use products designed to detangle and moisturize, smooth, shine and protect against split ends.
Q6.Is there any customs tax / charge ?
Usually we will put low amount on your invoice ( waybill) to help you to avoid custom tax but due to different policy in different countries ( especially South African , Germany, Zambia and so on ), which easy happen the custom tax / charge . So please let us know how much do you want us to write on your invoice will be more better for you to get the package before we ship it out . Pls remark it on your order if you have specially request . Thanks .

First off I had an issue will Aliexpress not confirming my order but charging my card. So I cancelled my order right away. When I realized my card was charged I asked for my order to ship but unfortunaly the vender from ALOT was unable to and I had to reorder being charged again. The entire time I was dealing with the process from Aliexpress and ALOT Hair the vender Sara Wei contacted me personally to apologize and inform how to reorder. When I spoke with Sara she informed that she will have my packaged shipped right away. I reordered my hair on a Thursday and my package was delivered that Monday. I was extremely pleased. The care of the package was in awesome condition and my hair was nicely packaged. I order two 24inch and one 22inch in 613. Ive been wearing my hair for 2 weeks now and my hair still feels like I freshly opened it from the wrapping. I will definitely be ordering in the future. Also ive made a review on youtube under lovely & keke Alot hair review.

This hair was dyed and made into a lace frontal wig by me , slim to none of shedding the hair did well with dying and bleaching . The hair was very soft when I revived it and so well so good I just bought some more hair and I will give another update and how well the hair kept up. The hair is amazing!! However, the hair is dry and almost matted. I used purple shampoo to get rid of the brassy yellow tone and there was no shedding, no tangling, no knots, just very smooth and sleek! The bundle I brought was very thick which I loved 🙂 The hair took about a week and a bit to come so wouldn’t recommend if you need this hair in a hurry! Communication was excellent and the seller is lovely (we communicated through whatsapp). Overall would definitely buy again!
